Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into SailPoint IdentityIQ customization and development solutions.
Design, develop, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint customizations using Java.
Develop rules, workflows, connectors, integrations, forms, reports, and other SailPoint components.
Develop integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications, directories, databases, and security platforms.
Participate in solution design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support.
Execute test plans, perform quality reviews, resolve defects, and conduct root-cause analysis for technical issues.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, code reviews, training, and knowledge transfer to junior IAM engineers and developers.
Create reusable documentation, coding practices, and development guidelines to build internal SailPoint capability.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, partners, architects, project teams, and technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in Java development, preferably in an enterprise application environment.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ customization and development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, debugging, testing, code maintenance, and software development principles.
Experience translating business and technical requirements into application or system solutions.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS.
Experience with application integration, APIs, and enterprise systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, deployment, and release processes.
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, coaching, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
