Responsibilities

  • Own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through production adoption and expansion.
  • Work directly with customers to identify high-value workflows and understand their systems and processes.
  • Design and deploy AI agents combining reasoning, web research, premium external data, and internal systems.
  • Build integrations with CRMs, document stores, data warehouses, and internal APIs.
  • Debug agent behavior, data quality issues, integrations, and other problems in real-world deployments.
  • Build relationships with users and technical stakeholders ranging from analysts to executives.
  • Translate recurring customer patterns into product improvements and roadmap direction.
  • Drive adoption from an initial workflow to broad, repeatable organizational use.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
  • Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, professional, athletic, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
  • Experience writing and debugging production software.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar APIs, data models, and technical systems.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when needed.
  • Willingness to travel.
