Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
  • Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
  • Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
  • Automate software validation processes and investigate system issues through root cause analysis.
  • Analyze and improve software performance, availability, interfaces, and operational feasibility.
  • Prepare code documentation, technical reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
  • Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery.
  • Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, customer experience, and software implementation metrics.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience.
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud Service.
  • Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
  • Ability to develop test cases and automate software validation.
  • Ability to document solutions and prepare accurate technical, project, MIS, and status reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
