Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and design feasible software solutions.
  • Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
  • Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
  • Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
  • Support software installation, upgrades, interfaces, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Capture client requirements and feedback while supporting customer queries, delivery, and satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to build programming and delivery skills.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience.
  • Mandatory experience or skills with Starburst.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
  • Ability to develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
  • Ability to automate validation and execute software test cases and scenarios.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and coordinate with project, functional, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status information.
