Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
  • Develop, modify, test, and maintain software modules using Salesforce Lightning Components.
  • Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
  • Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
  • Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and customers.
  • Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
  • Ensure code quality, accurate reporting, adherence to project standards, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience.
  • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
  • Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, investigate system issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test cases.
  • Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with project and customer stakeholders.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
