Responsibilities

Develop digital solutions supporting customer service and advisory processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
Participate in requirements analysis, software development, testing, and deployments.
Learn about integrations, data, security, compliance, and AI-assisted development in a financial-services environment.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and other technology professionals.

Requirements

Be a final-year student or recent graduate with an interest in software development, digital business solutions, and modern cloud technologies.
Have a background in information technology, business information systems, software engineering, or another relevant field.
Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for developing technical and business skills.
Programming, software development project, cloud technology, or AI-assisted development experience from studies, work, or personal projects may be beneficial but is not required.
Previous Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform experience is not required.
