Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware.
  • Implement and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud environments.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Create infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate routine operational tasks.
  • Deploy, manage, configure, and optimize enterprise VMware environments using VMware PowerCLI.
  • Manage GitLab version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure and manage DELL OpenManage Enterprise environments, firmware baselines, BIOS templates, rack servers, MX chassis, and blade systems.
  • Maintain hardware compliance and optimal infrastructure performance.

Requirements

  • VMware certification and hands-on deployment experience at scale.
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with VMware PowerCLI and DELL OpenManage Enterprise.
  • Experience with GitLab.
  • Experience managing DELL rack servers, MX chassis, and blade configurations.
  • Preferred VCP or VCAP VMware certifications.
  • Preferred experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure monitoring, and logging.
  • Preferred experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
