Responsibilities

Maintain and provision sales demo environments for field proofs of concept, webinars, trials, and specific demo scenarios.
Configure and support infrastructure using established standards and playbooks.
Execute and troubleshoot deployment pipelines, improve scripts and pipelines, and follow GitOps practices.
Use AI tools for troubleshooting, scripting, environment validation, incident documentation, and runbook creation with human review and security controls.
Support monitoring, dashboards, alert tuning, scaling, autoscaling, rightsizing, capacity planning, and resource cleanup.
Support security practices, vulnerability remediation, IAM/RBAC access management, compliance audits, and audit-ready documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams on feature integration, readiness reviews, testing, and demo preparation.
Create and maintain setup, configuration, maintenance, runbook, and how-to documentation.
Investigate performance issues, support optimization and profiling, report KPIs, and resolve or escalate environment incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with configuration management, deployment automation, and monitoring tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Prometheus.
Working scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience includes LogicMonitor platform administration, DevOps, system administration, infrastructure management, cloud platforms, containerization, on-call or incident management, and the Atlassian Suite.
