Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle.
  • Automate and streamline integration, deployment, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring processes.
  • Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications.
  • Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them according to client requirements.
  • Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
  • Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting needed to connect application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
  • Provide support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
  • Resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in DevOps.
  • Experience with DevOps automation, integration, deployment, infrastructure management, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Ability to collaborate with application development and testing teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation processes.
