Responsibilities

  • Design, extend, and operate infrastructure and services across projects.
  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, and automation solutions.
  • Own cross-project infrastructure and tooling for integration and delivery.
  • Partner with software engineers and business teams to accelerate delivery.
  • Improve deployment reliability, observability, operational excellence, security, performance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare concepts to automate complex services, processes, and operating models.
  • Conduct performance analyses and tuning.
  • Support incident and problem management from fault analysis through fault clearance.
  • Lead complex CI/CD initiatives and support development, quality assurance, and product releases.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, or several years of software development experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern IT stacks, including test automation, CI/CD, cloud-native systems, and on-premises and off-premises infrastructure.
  • Solid software engineering background with practical programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Hands-on experience in software development projects using modern frameworks and high-level programming languages.
  • Experience operating applications and infrastructure in cloud and/or Kubernetes environments.
  • Strong automation mindset and passion for reducing manual effort.
  • Intercultural competence and proficient English at least at B2 level.
  • Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
  • Telecommunications, networking, or service provisioning experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum standards and processes is preferred.
  • Experience with Camunda-based workflow solutions is preferred.
  • German language skills are preferred.
