Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automation, tooling, agentic workflows, in-app guidance, and integrations for Jamf’s digital customer-success motion.
  • Translate strategy and requirements into scoped, tested, and shipped technology components.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, version, and improve digital-success tooling in production.
  • Implement targeting and personalization logic using adoption, health, and usage signals.
  • Apply agent engineering, prompt engineering, version control, and connector-based MCP workflows while evaluating AI-generated outputs.
  • Build guardrails for automated customer-facing communication, including draft-first review and human approval controls.
  • Partner with analytics engineers and data teams on supporting data, definitions, and pipelines.
  • Document and package solutions for maintenance, reuse, and handoff.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms and recommend useful adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical build role such as software or automation engineering, solutions or integration engineering, or analytics engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation and integrations using APIs, data connectors, scripting, or low-code automation.
  • Experience turning defined requirements, strategies, or specifications into working and tested technology.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development, agent or prompt engineering, or connector-based MCP workflows is preferred.
  • Comfort with version control and modern software and data-stack practices.
  • Working knowledge of customer-success or customer-engagement data and metrics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant development, automation, or data-platform certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: $100k - $140k/yr
