Responsibilities

Build backend services and the AI Agent runtime with maintainable, readable, high-quality code.
Improve system performance and stability through profiling and tuning.
Integrate internal enterprise systems into agents using Tools, MCP, CLI, and A2A.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and architectural conventions.
Write AI-friendly technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
Explore embedding AI capabilities into backend services and support AI-driven feature development, evaluation, and validation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems, with strong coding habits.
Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
Hands-on understanding of AI agent architectural patterns, including reasoning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
Strong communication and collaboration skills and genuine interest in the agent engineering ecosystem.
Preferred: experience building AI products, agents, or applications for real-world users and explaining product positioning, technology choices, user scale, and iteration processes.
Preferred: experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Claude Agent SDK, as well as prompt engineering, harness engineering, context management, and evaluation.
