Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and design, develop, and maintain embedded automotive software and test suites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new vehicle powertrain features.
  • Write clean, efficient, documented code according to coding standards.
  • Answer customer queries, propose technical solutions, and provide integration support.
  • Develop and maintain automated build, integration, and testing pipelines.
  • Identify, record, troubleshoot, and resolve problems found during testing.
  • Perform system, system integration, software integration, and component-level static and dynamic testing using HiL and SiL environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics, computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience is required.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, GPIO, SPI, memory, actuators, sensors, and schematic/layout reading.
  • Good embedded C programming skills.
  • Familiarity and practical experience with V-Model or Agile/Kanban processes in embedded development.
  • Proven experience with Git, Git Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • For SiL opportunities, experience with developer tools, engineering applications, workflow automation, or technologies such as Rust, TypeScript, Python, and C# is relevant.
  • Experience with RTOS, emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment, scripting, desktop applications, AUTOSAR, or ASPICE is preferred.
