Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software applications supporting manufacturing equipment and processes.
Design, code, test, document, and maintain PC-based interfaces to manufacturing hardware.
Develop applications using C#, WPF, VB.NET, or Java in .NET Framework or .NET Core environments.
Maintain electrical schematics and documentation for manufacturing systems and tooling.
Troubleshoot software and electrical issues on the production floor to support system uptime.
Use Git or TFS for version control and collaborate with engineering peers.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, usability, and reliability.

Requirements

Be a current rising junior or senior with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Be able to start on May 17 or May 24, 2027, and complete a 12-week internship.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have programming experience in at least one of C#, WPF, VB.NET, or Java.
Be familiar with the .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Git or TFS, Visual Studio, the medical-device industry, and collaborative cross-functional engineering environments.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.

Benefits

The role is onsite and requires working in the local office five days per week.

The internship lasts 12 weeks and begins May 17 or May 24, 2027.

Salary: $43k - $74k/yr
