Responsibilities

Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
Architect scalable solutions and lead critical milestones supporting rapid growth and a potential spin-off.
Take end-to-end ownership while collaborating with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.

Requirements

Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
