Responsibilities

Lead and execute core zero-to-one initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones for rapid growth.
Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives and collaborate with engineering, research, commercial, and founder teams.

Requirements

Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
