Firmware Engineer - HID Bluetooth in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Develop reliable embedded firmware for next-generation Bluetooth accessory devices.
  • Bring up sensors and processors from specification through production.
  • Define system communication methods and power-management behavior.
  • Debug and resolve complex low-level system issues.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, algorithms, quality engineering, and product design teams.
  • Optimize product performance, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • 0 to 3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware development.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols including UART, I2C, and SPI.
  • Experience with standard software engineering processes for reliable, maintainable firmware.
  • Preferred: experience with wireless protocols, especially Bluetooth, 32-bit microcontrollers, and board bring-up/debug.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with embedded compilers, linkers, and low-level startup routines.
  • Preferred: experience with firmware architecture, JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and low-level system troubleshooting.
  • Preferred: development experience on Unix, Linux, or macOS platforms.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in multifunctional teams.
