Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deliver new features and performance improvements for product firmware.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Improve quality and testing systems.
  • Monitor fleet performance and enhance monitoring platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and take work from concept through production.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar degree, or have recently graduated.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems and learning deeply.
  • Be eager to gain hands-on experience and accelerate career growth.
  • Balance self-directed learning with seeking guidance from experienced teammates.
  • Be a collaborative team player who contributes to team performance and gives and receives feedback.
