Responsibilities

  • Lead customer conversations and translate feedback into product features, requirements, and technical strategy.
  • Design and build full-stack applications using the stated technologies.
  • Advance the product’s AI capabilities using LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
  • Move prototypes and demos into scalable, reliable, high-quality production systems.
  • Make architecture decisions and help shape the product, technology, and company direction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
  • Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying products from MVP through production.
  • Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment with sound judgment about engineering trade-offs.
