Founding Full-Stack iOS Engineer in UK

Responsibilities

  • Own the companion iOS app from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration.
  • Translate real-time emotional-state outputs from the proprietary AI inference model into intuitive app experiences.
  • Surface emotional-state and biometric insights through clean, accessible interfaces.
  • Build and ship a polished, consumer-grade mobile experience.
  • Shape the technical direction of the app as the company scales.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional iOS engineering experience.
  • Proven experience shipping polished, consumer-grade iOS applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift.
  • Ability to independently own mobile architecture decisions.
  • Experience translating complex model or data outputs into clean, accessible user interfaces.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and comfort operating independently across time zones.
  • Full-stack or data-driven app development experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary of $150,000 USD or approximately GBP 75,000 for London-based candidates.
  • Meaningful early-stage equity of up to 1 to 2%.
  • On-site role in London, England, with some flexibility on location considered for the right candidate.
  • No new visa sponsorship is available; visa transfers and OPT transitions are acceptable.

Salary: $150k - $150k/yr
