Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native) in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Own, architect, build, and ship the React Native mobile platform across iOS and Android.
  • Build AI-powered mobile experiences supporting insights and real-time agent interactions.
  • Establish mobile architecture patterns, shared components, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance standards.
  • Integrate with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and Shopify APIs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and founders on product experience and technical implementation.
  • Improve reliability and performance through monitoring, error tracking, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep React Native expertise.
  • Proven experience shipping high-quality production mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, navigation, state management, and platform-specific considerations.
  • Experience integrating external APIs and building real-time, data-intensive features.
  • Ability to work across the stack in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong product intuition and interest in shaping product direction.
