Responsibilities

  • Develop domain knowledge and understand client testing processes to execute testing activities effectively.
  • Work with the project team on daily tasks and participate in sprint demo meetings with clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts.
  • Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using the defect tracking system.
  • Prepare and review test documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address testing quality issues and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate test progress, results, and quality risks internally and directly to clients.

Requirements

  • Be a fourth-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have less than one year of experience and a GPA of 7.5 or higher; transcripts must be submitted with the CV.
  • Have upper-intermediate or higher written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Understand software testing concepts and methodologies, including manual, automation, integration, unit, and API testing.
  • Have good programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, self-learning, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with at least three months of software testing, automation testing, or related internship experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, and Postman is a plus.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code for research, debugging, learning, code generation, testing, or documentation is a plus.
  • Understand AI output limitations and responsible AI use, including data privacy and sensitive client data handling.
