Frontend Software Engineer with React in Remote

Responsibilities

  • Build complex, responsive user interfaces using the project’s frontend framework.
  • Write clean, testable code with unit and end-to-end tests and review peer code.
  • Design component structures, state management, and API integrations.
  • Optimize frontend load times and rendering performance.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance, mitigate XSS and similar risks, and support consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
  • Translate UX designs into working UI and align API contracts with backend teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and share frontend best practices.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decisions, and validate outputs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS using PandaCSS.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously, and take ownership of tasks and decisions.
  • Regular use of AI tools with effective prompting, critical validation of outputs, and accountability for final results.
  • Preferred experience with Node.js, headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, and Playwright.
