Responsibilities

Rapidly transform concepts into interactive prototypes using v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, and similar AI design tools.
Build full-stack applications from prototype through production, with an emphasis on frontend quality and reliable backend foundations.
Develop accessible, performant, responsive UI components using React.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js.
Design RESTful APIs and backend services, including services built with platforms such as Supabase.
Manage application data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement authentication, caching strategies, performance optimization, and scalable application patterns.
Align components with design systems, design tokens, brand guidelines, and component libraries.
Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
Use GitHub Spec-kit, Open Spec, Figma, and Jira to support specifications, design-dev handoff, documentation, and ticket-driven workflows.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend expertise in React.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js.
Proven experience with PHP and Python; NodeJS and Express experience is desired.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, or Lovable.
Experience with spec-driven development using GitHub Spec-kit or Open Spec.
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N.
Strong record of delivering production-grade full-stack applications.
Understanding of backend development, API design, server-side logic, database management, authentication, caching, performance optimization, and scalability.
Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript/ES6+ features.
Expert-level Figma experience, including design-system management and component libraries.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and deployment workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating full-stack applications, design-system work, and AI design-tool usage.
Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
