Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications with scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Build data-heavy backend systems focused on data engineering, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Develop and maintain Python ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Create responsive, high-performance React.js interfaces and data visualizations.
Work with Big Data technologies and cloud data warehouses including BigQuery and Snowflake.
Deploy scalable microservices using GCP, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, or equivalent services.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional AI, data, cloud, and product teams.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
Prototype and implement AI/ML and generative AI use cases for client accelerators and MVPs.
Explore emerging technologies and support innovation-driven product development.

Requirements

3–8 years of full-stack development experience with strong Python backend and React.js frontend expertise.
Hands-on experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and large-scale dataset processing.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture principles.
Experience with cloud platforms; GCP is preferred, while AWS and Azure are acceptable.
Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems and distributed data processing frameworks is preferred.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend system design.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and learning skills.
