Full Stack Engineer in UK new

Responsibilities

  • Build integrations with third-party billing and usage APIs, handling authentication, incremental synchronization, rate limits, error handling, schema drift, and partial failures.
  • Develop and improve the Integrations Framework, including testing harnesses and scaffolding that make future integrations faster to build.
  • Create customer-facing interfaces for connecting, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations, including health visibility, actionable errors, credential rotation, and key rotation.
  • Design self-service workflows for backfills, reconnects, diagnostics, and other integration operations.
  • Expose platform capabilities through APIs for both human and agent-driven use cases.
  • Own features end to end from proposal and specification through implementation, maintenance, and production operation.
  • Use and evaluate AI tooling across code exploration, API research, prototyping, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience shipping and owning production features.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, including modern frontend development; React is preferred.
  • Hands-on Go experience or strong backend experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or C# plus enthusiasm for learning Go.
  • Experience designing and consuming third-party APIs and handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, partial failures, and breaking changes.
  • Ability to work across the stack and own features from the database through the user interface.
  • Working proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience developing cloud solutions or using GCP, AWS, or Azure services.
  • Experience using AI tools throughout the engineering workflow and ability to discuss their practical impact.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Demonstrated interest in building high-quality web and SaaS applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and tenacious.
  • Experience with integration platforms or extensibility frameworks is a bonus.
  • Experience with cloud or SaaS billing data, FOCUS, BigQuery, data pipelines, orchestration tooling, FinOps, or cloud financial management products is advantageous.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is a bonus.
