Responsibilities

Design integration experiences focused on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
Build backend services and integrations across Stripe’s payments product.
Engage with external partners to determine and build technical solutions.
Work directly with users to understand business needs and translate requirements into concrete solutions.
Collaborate with product, partnerships, engineering platform, and other engineering teams.
Contribute to software platforms used across Stripe payments.

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience working across geographies.
Experience building extensible, leveraged software solutions that scale to different user needs.
Ability to empathize with users and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
Previous payments or payments technology experience is preferred.
Previous experience using Stripe products is preferred.
