Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated testing activities across software products.
  • Automate functional, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
  • Enhance and maintain end-to-end automated test coverage.
  • Perform feature, smoke, regression, black-box, exploratory, web application, API, and defect testing.
  • Analyze requirements and provide test recommendations to the Scrum team.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Likely 2+ years of software testing experience, depending on learning speed and technical development.
  • Strong manual testing skills, including test case design, black-box testing, exploratory testing, and defect reporting.
  • Experience testing web applications and APIs, including Postman; mobile testing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Katalon.
  • Basic coding ability in Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
  • Experience using Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Upper-Intermediate English communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • Ability to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, work under pressure, and apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and at least one AI coding assistant such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is desirable.
  • Ability to write contextual prompts and awareness of AI output limitations, data privacy, and responsible handling of sensitive client data are desirable.
