Responsibilities

Analyze user needs, system requirements, and business processes.
Maintain source code for existing software products and participate in code reviews, software design, and development.
Develop customized applications for internal company use.
Identify and debug the root causes of software issues.
Resolve issues through configuration or code changes.
Perform or support product installations, upgrades, and updates.
Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug software components.
Evaluate new technologies and support automation, process optimization, and AI-assisted application features.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business- or IT-related area.
One to three years of software development experience.
At least one year of experience with Django development and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Python, front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and CSS, and database development using Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments, including desired experience with IIS, PowerShell, Command Prompt, and batch file scripting.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI or Azure AI APIs into applications.
Experience with Python automation scripting, process optimization, data handling for AI applications, and LLM-based application development.
Familiarity with Celery, cron jobs, or automation and integration tooling.
Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Programming certifications, IT Security-related coursework, Computer Science education, GitLab, Jira, and Docker experience are preferred or desired.
