Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software solutions using ReactJS and Golang.
  • Own complex features from design through implementation and operational support.
  • Build maintainable and reusable components for the Access Control Platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across systems and teams.
  • Improve software quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and coding standards.
  • Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to development-process improvements, system reliability, engineering best practices, and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Golang.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and modern development practices.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting cloud-native or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
  • Experience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices is preferred.
  • Background checks are required, and the role may require authorization to access technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
