GenAI Agent Platform Engineer/( LLM in Others new

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform from discovery through production rollout.
  • Architect agent orchestration, workflow design, tool and function integration, memory and state management, skill registries, and reusable delivery patterns.
  • Create reference implementations, APIs, SDKs, templates, documentation, onboarding pathways, and governance to scale platform adoption.
  • Define performance metrics and SLOs, implement observability, run evaluations, and tune reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • Oversee delivery scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and blockers across teams.
  • Advise senior leadership on technical options, value, risk, cost, and delivery plans.
  • Assess GenAI and agent advancements such as LangChain and LangGraph and drive secure, compliant platform upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on coding experience with strong Python, Java, or Golang skills.
  • Experience using at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to deploy and operate production services; Docker and Kubernetes are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience building and shipping LLM or Generative AI applications.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool or function calling, RAG, search, vector databases, agent tooling, and integration patterns such as MCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering practices.
