Responsibilities

Lead automation-first quality engineering strategies and transformation initiatives across large-scale programs.
Design and implement scalable automation architectures spanning UI, API, mobile, and database testing.
Drive adoption of Generative AI-powered testing using large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation.
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders on enterprise transformation objectives.
Lead program planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgets, and delivery oversight.
Manage executive and C-level stakeholder communications and support enterprise change management and technology adoption.

Requirements

18+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering with deep expertise in testing methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise testing practices.
10+ years of program and project management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
Proven experience driving test automation transformation and establishing automation-first delivery models.
Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies, large language models, prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Strong experience with strategic planning, governance, budgets, risks, delivery execution, and executive stakeholder communications.
Preferred experience implementing AI-driven testing with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar platforms.
Preferred expertise in CI/CD quality engineering, DevOps-driven testing, large-scale change management, enterprise technology adoption, quality engineering transformation consulting, organizational modernization, and general insurance.
