Responsibilities

  • Build agents and automations for account intelligence, outbound, and go-to-market workflows.
  • Integrate CRM, communication tools, meeting transcripts, and external data sources.
  • Take systems from concept through daily use with testing, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Lead customer discovery, qualify post-training opportunities, and define data, evaluation, and deployment requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals, success criteria, customer responses, and handoffs to applied research or platform teams.
  • Explain the platform and advise customers on model selection, training, inference, and integration.

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience as a software engineer or machine learning engineer building and maintaining production systems on an engineering team.
  • Strength in reliable software and LLM automations or in technical customer discovery and scoping.
  • Strong technical judgment, clear communication, and ownership from problem definition through execution.
  • Ability to flex between coding and customer-facing work is preferred.
