GTM Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, AEs, SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Recruiting, and the CEO to understand GTM workflows.
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities that automate or augment GTM processes while maintaining accuracy and scalability.
  • Use low-code and no-code tools alongside APIs, Python, JavaScript, and Google Apps Script to build custom solutions.
  • Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, adoption, and training.
  • Track system performance, adoption, and ROI, iterating on experiments based on results.
  • Evaluate emerging tools and approaches and serve as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
  • Attract top-tier talent to join the team.

Requirements

  • Have 2 or more years of experience in a technical or operations role improving or automating workflows with code and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Have practical experience pushing and pulling data across systems through APIs and webhooks.
  • Have demonstrated ability to take projects from 0 to 1, from experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption.
  • Be a curious, scrappy builder who enjoys experimentation, ambiguity, automation, and end-to-end ownership.
  • Have experience with and strong interest in AI systems.
  • Have strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite partners.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
  • Have hands-on experience with, or deep empathy for, GTM processes including sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, or recruiting.
  • Preferred: proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Preferred: admin-level experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach.
  • Be willing to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $100k - $190k/yr
