Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production-grade GTM workflows and automations.
  • Develop and deploy LLM-based workflows, reusable prompt libraries, and AI agents embedded in business systems.
  • Build integrations and data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, support, and internal systems.
  • Configure and extend Salesforce objects, data models, automations, validations, and integrations.
  • Write and maintain Python or JavaScript scripts and small services for business-process logic.
  • Drive documentation, enablement, training, adoption, and feedback loops for GTM systems.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies based on ROI, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps systems, Data/Systems Engineering, or similar hands-on technical roles.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes, lead lifecycle, funnel stages, routing and territory logic, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end workflows and automations in business environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise automation or orchestration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Strong experience integrating and extending CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, including data models, automation, and system integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data flows across multiple platforms.
  • Experience writing and maintaining Python and/or JavaScript code.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tools and workflow engineering focused on reliability and real-world use cases.
  • Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to map processes, identify issues, and prioritize work by business impact.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on simple, maintainable solutions.
  • Advantage: experience with marketing automation platforms, enrichment or data providers, agent frameworks, multi-step AI agents, BI, or GTM reporting tools.
