Responsibilities

  • Own and stabilize the IAM request queue, backlog, prioritization, and time-to-resolution baseline.
  • Build and maintain SCIM auto-provisioning and deprovisioning flows for day-one account setup across SaaS tools.
  • Design and execute IAM enrollment improvements for Mac and Windows, support a future Okta rollout, and build fallback workflows in Tines.
  • Partner with GRC to automate access reviews and certification campaigns and maintain related data pipelines.
  • Drive JIT/PAM initiatives, least-privilege audit evidence collection, technical debt reduction, and context-aware access automation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Workplace Technology, People, Compliance, and GRC teams to scale identity operations.

Requirements

  • Production experience shipping identity or access management systems.
  • Experience with Okta or similar identity providers, SCIM provisioning, access review workflows, and IAM scaling challenges.
  • Ability to build automation using Python, Go, or similar technologies and integrate tools such as Tines, Okta, and cloud IAM services.
  • Understanding of least privilege, deprovisioning, audit trails, and access governance.
  • Strong operational ownership, prioritization, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the sole IAM domain owner in an ambiguous, asynchronous environment.
