Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Serve as the IAM domain subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to organizational teams.
  • Deliver IAM automation, integrations, connectors, workflows, self-service capabilities, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and visual workflows.
  • Lead IAM projects and manage priorities and deliverables with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Support entitlement reviews, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, native changes, and advanced segregation-of-duties configuration.
  • Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, disaster recovery, and after-hours or weekend operations as needed.
  • Continuously improve IAM processes, procedures, security controls, and operational practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ platform features and functionality.
  • Hands-on scripting or development experience with Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, BeanShell, Python, or Visual Basic.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with third-party SaaS/PaaS systems and developing custom forms, workflows, quicklinks, reporting, and entitlement review enhancements.
  • Experience with Webservice APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Delimited Feed File, and SFTP connectors.
  • Experience with SailPoint infrastructure, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL, Aurora RDS/EC2 Postgres, Oracle, and DB2 databases.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix, and RACF Mainframe platforms.
  • Understanding of security risk, mitigating controls, and SOX, SOC, MAR, and NYDFS compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and LDAP directories.
  • Experience improving processes, procedures, and controls and working independently across multiple projects.
  • Strong customer focus, written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and solution design skills.
  • Experience working with IT engineers, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, AI Control Plane, and Non-Human Identities.
