Responsibilities

Configure IBM Maximo Asset Management modules, workflows, and integrations for utility asset management operations.
Design SQL queries and data models for asset performance analysis, reporting, and regulatory needs.
Develop Python automation, data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation tools.
Create JavaScript user interface components and workflow visualizations.
Analyze asset failure patterns and maintenance history to improve preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with utility stakeholders to translate regulatory, maintenance, and asset lifecycle needs into product features.
Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and integration patterns.
Support quality assurance through test data creation, logic validation, and configuration reviews.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to scalability and response times.
Demonstrate new asset management capabilities and guide stakeholders through solution adoption.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries, database performance optimization, and reporting.
Strong Python expertise for automation utilities, data-processing pipelines, and analytical integrations.
Advanced JavaScript skills for interactive front-end components and workflow visualizations.
Deep proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management, including core module configuration, workflow setup, and enterprise integration.
Understanding of utility asset lifecycles, regulatory considerations, outage management, and reliability objectives.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model across onsite collaboration and remote delivery while maintaining day-shift availability.
Preferred certifications include IBM Certified Deployment Professional Maximo Asset Management and relevant SQL or Python professional certifications.
