Responsibilities

Design, develop, optimize, and document scalable frontend and backend software solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs, tools, scripts, and microservices-based applications.
Implement containerized solutions and automate operational and deployment processes.
Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management, DevOps, operations, development, and business teams.
Gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, provide estimates, and document technical designs and procedures.
Write, automate, execute, and document test cases, including integration, usability, and accessibility testing.
Manage version control, branching and merging strategies, and source code and infrastructure changes.
Support secure and efficient data collection and storage in accordance with data architecture guidelines.
Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and contribute to an autonomous and inclusive work culture.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with approximately 60% frontend and 40% backend experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience developing with React or Next.js in a team environment.
At least 3 years of professional experience developing with Java or Go in a team environment.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Experience with Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
