Responsibilities

Develop software for development and production test solutions across the software lifecycle.
Perform requirements analysis, software design, coding, unit testing, hardware integration, acceptance testing, and customer delivery.
Create robust, high-quality code and maintain documentation, configuration management records, plans, and progress reports.
Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to resolve integration problems on test systems.
Develop software to control measurement instrumentation and automate testing of units under test.
Contribute to engineering process improvement and participate in formal and on-the-job training.

Requirements

Currently studying for a bachelor’s, integrated master’s, or higher degree such as an MSc or PhD.
Acceptable disciplines include Security, Computer Communication and Networks, Computer & Network Technology, and Cyber Security.
Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, organisation, accountability, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Ability to develop effective relationships with peers and stakeholders and propose novel solutions to technical problems.
Successful applicants must provide identity, UK work eligibility, criminal record declaration, and five-year employment and/or education history information for security screening.
Additional security or export-control requirements may apply, including UK residency expectations for National Security Vetting.
