Intern, Agent Development (Winter 2027) in USA

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
  • Ship features for AI agents and learn from real-world customer use cases at scale.
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences to solve problems and deliver products.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
  • A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and creative approaches to overcoming obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Intern program eligibility for students graduating December 2027 through June 2028.
  • Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
  • Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
