Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, construct, test, implement, and maintain secure, stable, testable, and maintainable applications.
  • Translate technology stacks and application designs into code across web/Angular, iOS, Android, and service platforms.
  • Perform application systems analysis and programming, including feasibility studies, estimates, and implementation of new or revised systems.
  • Analyze system architecture, dependencies, runtime operations, business requirements, and customer use cases.
  • Participate in solution discussions, system build and performance discussions, technical documentation, and cross-team representation.
  • Build and maintain integrated project development schedules accounting for dependencies, constraints, SDLC approaches, and contingencies.
  • Improve development processes, productivity measurement, delivery speed, innovation, cost efficiency, and quality.
  • Automate code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD pipeline using RTC, Jenkins, and RLM.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions for customer-exposed systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated execution capabilities and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Primary skills in Java and Angular development, AI tools, and OpenShift.
  • Experience operating high-traffic, distributed, cloud-based services.
  • Experience affecting large-scale culture change and leading infrastructure programs.
  • Ability to work with third-party service providers.
  • Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
