Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and APIs.
Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using software design patterns.
Build integrations with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Contribute to cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, software quality, security, scalability, and performance in collaboration with DevOps teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives with international cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Higher education degree or attendance in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science and Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience developing Java-based web applications, including Java 17, Spring Framework, and API development.
Strong knowledge of microservices, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, security best practices, and scalable distributed systems.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, DevOps practices, and Agile software development.
Fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
Experience with Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
Knowledge of Angular, ReactJS, or Vue.js is preferred.
