Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components.
  • Design and implement new features, and optimize and refactor existing solutions.
  • Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot application issues, including complex support cases.
  • Develop and maintain integrations and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience as a Java developer.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience developing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Ability to independently plan and implement development tasks in a structured and responsible manner.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least business-level English or German proficiency and openness to working in an international team.
  • Preferred German language skills.
  • Experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Familiarity with the SCIM protocol and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
  • PowerShell knowledge and experience developing APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of access management and identity management processes.
  • Experience in a large enterprise or international IT environment.
