Responsibilities

Build and maintain React web interfaces and Java/Spring Boot backend services for Citi’s Corporate Tax platform.
Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and tables for tax processing and reporting.
Package application services into containers and deploy them to Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
Develop Python, Shell, and SQL automation scripts for data validation and batch processing.
Build and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression test suites using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
Participate in peer code reviews, resolve testing and release defects, and collaborate in agile sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in Java full-stack software development.
Hands-on experience with React and Java frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for relational database development.
Experience deploying containerized applications with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with Apache Iceberg, AWS S3, Snowflake, Starburst, or Trino is beneficial.
Experience using automated test runners to improve release consistency and code quality is beneficial.
