Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, refactoring, and performance optimization of core system components.
  • Research and implement solutions for complex technical and business problems, particularly in high-concurrency scenarios.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through operational monitoring.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and business-unit teams and share technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years of software development experience in Java programming is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • High proficiency in Java, including JVM internals and performance tuning, or Node.js, including event-driven and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, Redis, and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-concurrency, high-performance, and high-availability systems.
