Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • Build enterprise LLM, RAG, agentic AI, chatbot, copilot, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Develop AI agents and workflows supporting autonomous task execution, reasoning, planning, and tool use.
  • Perform prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, response optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, business systems, databases, REST APIs, and backend services.
  • Build Python API services, data-processing pipelines, data indexing workflows, and reusable AI components.
  • Support deployment, operations, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD automation, model lifecycle management, and application monitoring in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance and reliability, document solutions and procedures, and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Python and understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
  • Experience or academic/project exposure with LLM-based application development and basic understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, reasoning, and tool integration.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration, SQL, data modeling, data processing, and relational or vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI/ML frameworks or libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Basic knowledge of Git, version control, code reviews, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Linux environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, learning, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise Generative AI or automation applications and agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Preferred experience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Studio, FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or OpenSearch Vector Engine.
  • Preferred experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistants; Java/Spring Boot; enterprise integration and operations; and English-Korean bilingual communication.

Benefits

  • Pay rate is up to $7699.43 per month, depending on experience.
  • One-year renewable contract period.
  • Work location is Plano, Texas.
  • Korean bilingual communication is preferred.
