Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • Build enterprise LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, chatbot, copilot, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Develop AI agents using orchestration frameworks and create workflows for autonomous task execution, reasoning, planning, and tool use.
  • Perform prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, response optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, business systems, databases, and platforms through REST APIs and backend services.
  • Design API services with FastAPI or Flask and develop data preparation, transformation, and indexing pipelines.
  • Support relational and vector database solutions for AI knowledge management.
  • Assist with cloud deployment, application operations, monitoring, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD automation, and model lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot issues, improve performance and reliability, document solutions and processes, and collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, business teams, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Python and understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI application development, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
  • Experience or academic/project exposure to LLM-based application development.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration and understanding of SQL, data modeling, data processing, relational databases, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and exposure to frameworks or libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Basic knowledge of Git, version control, code reviews, CI/CD, containerization, Docker, and Linux environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, learning, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise Generative AI or AI automation applications; LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks; Amazon Bedrock; Azure OpenAI Service; AWS SageMaker; Azure AI Studio; FAISS; ChromaDB; Pinecone; OpenSearch Vector Engine; AI chatbots or copilots; Java/Spring Boot; and enterprise system integration or application operations.
  • English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred.

Benefits

  • Pay rate is up to $7699.43 per month, depending on experience.
  • One-year renewable contract.
  • Work location is Plano, TX.
  • Korean bilingual communication is preferred.
