Responsibilities

Learn, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts under the guidance of senior automation team members.
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Shift between manual validation and automated testing according to timelines, feature complexity, and team needs.
Build technical testing knowledge involving automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
Communicate effectively in a remote environment and maintain an active on-camera presence during expected meetings.

Requirements

Some prior technical experience in software testing, automation, scripting, development, or a related technical area, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another programming or technology-related field.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and/or Agile delivery practices.
Familiarity with test automation concepts and interest in developing automation tool and framework skills.
Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Health IT experience is a plus.
