Responsibilities

Develop software for spacecraft simulations and environment simulations.
Integrate software with human-computer interfaces and flight-computer data interfaces.
Develop and integrate custom software development and integration tools.
Support NASA human spaceflight programs including Gateway, Orion, and the International Space Station.
Perform hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting with the engineering team and NASA customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Good working knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
Strong interest in software development and aptitude for hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Citizenship or lawful permanent residency due to the federal position.
